All appliance manuals, booklets, and related materials will be neatly placed in the top left kitchen drawer

Remove grout haze and construction dust from tiles
Clean mirrors, glass, and metal fixtures for streak-free shine
Sanitize newly installed sinks, tubs, and toilets
Detail corners, vents, and light fixtures for dust residue

Remove paint, adhesive, or caulk residue from surfaces

Run and empty dishwasher if needed
Ensure fridge and freezer are emptied of guest items

Clean and disinfect sink, toilet, tub, and shower
Polish mirrors and faucets
