Thank you for being willing to join KLEENUP’s referral program.   The KLEENUP referral program is an invitation-only program. 

Below you will the referral agreement governing the program.  You need to review the agreement and once you have reviewed it and determined that you agree with the terms of the program, you need to sign below, provide the required information, check the “I agree” box and push the Submit button.

The referral agreement below sets forth the terms governing participation in the program. No contractual or referral relationship is created unless and until you submit the agreement and your application is approved by KLEENUP INC

You will need to provide an ID code.   This code is assigned when you download the KLEENUP application and register as a consumer (when asked say that you are looking for a cleaner).  If you have not yet registered, go to www.kleenup.com/download to download the KLEENUP application and register.  Once you are registered, come back here and continue.  If you have already registered, but have not received your ID, email us at onboarding@kleenup.com, providing us with your name, phone number and email address.

Once you have signed, provided the required information and hit the Submit button, we will be get back to you.  If your application is approved, we will be sending you information about how to make referrals within a few days of the approval.

Please note that to be eligible for the referral program, you must have a KLEENUP account (which provides the required ID code), be a legal U.S. resident, reside and be taxable in the State of Maryland and be 18 years or older.  Also, referral fees are taxable income and KLEENUP INC is subject to W9 submission and 1099 reporting regulations and failure to provide a completed W9 form will cause KLEENUP INC to withhold Maryland and Federal taxes.  However, do not submit a completed W-9 via this website.    Instead, wait for KLEENUP INC to reach to you prior to the first payout under the program.

Finally, please note that participation in the KLEENUP referral program is at the sole discretion of KLEENUP INC.
